You set it up. Try this:

Settings: taxes per province, delivery, payments and the texts the store must show before it opens.
A product's price rules: open Products, then Zebra shade.
Read For developers: functions, actions and filters for all three plugins.

Checkout settings

Store

Off: nobody can add to the cart or order.
Staff only: administrators can place test orders; customers see prices but cannot order.
Open: customers can order.

Checkout page

The page with [drx_mtm_checkout]: the cart and the checkout.

Order status page

The page with [drx_mtm_order]: where customers see an order and pay for it.

Account page

The page with [drx_mtm_account]: sign in and see past orders.

Product address

Products live at /this-word/product-name/. Changing it changes every product's address.

Currency

Prices, orders and PayPal payments are in this currency. Orders keep the currency they were placed in. Sales tax follows the Canadian table under Taxes.

Order number prefix

Up to 6 letters or digits. Order numbers look like MTM-7K4Q2B.

Accent colour

Buttons and highlights on the picker and the checkout.

Putting the picker on a page

Each product page shows its picker under the description. To place it anywhere else, use the "Made-to-measure picker" block, or the shortcode [drx_mtm_picker id="123"] with the product's number. [drx_mtm_price_table product="123"] shows a table of prices at common sizes.
