Gallery

The words written onto each new photo. Photos already in the library keep theirs; change those on the Gallery screen. Open the Gallery

Business name

Used as {business} in alt text and as the credit in the picture data search engines read. Leave it empty to use the site name.

City or region

Used as {city}. Optional: when it is empty, "in {city}" is simply left out.

Sets and their alt text

Placeholders: {title} (the words in the file name, or nothing for a camera name like IMG_2043), {set}, {business}, {city} and {code}. A placeholder with nothing to fill it is left out together with the word before it.

Drawings and computer-made pictures, kept apart from photographs. Their alt text says so.

Numbered file names

A file named only as a number (23.jpg, 10(A).jpg) is a reference number, such as a product or material code

Call it

The number is kept exactly as written, letters and brackets included, becomes the title ("Item 23") and {code}, and always shows under the photo, ahead of any caption.
